From Ashes - HopeThe Story of Rosa ArgentinaOn April 22, 2008, the home of Circulo de Amigas student Rosa Argentina was destroyed by an electrical fire. No-one was hurt, but the family's few possessions were destroyed. Thanks in part to quick response by the Circulo community - staff, Rosa's sponsor and her friends, other supporters, barrio neighbors - to Circulo's General Fund, and to a Jinotega area priest, Rosa and her family are now settled into a new, humble home.
