Employees

We would like you to meet our full-time staff of Nicaraguans, who work diligently to ensure the success of our students in Jinotega.

Employees are recruited from surrounding neighborhoods; our Program Coordinator is, herself, a graduate of our sponsorship program.  The existence of computers and books in our facility necessitates having guards on-site 24/7, and that duty is, as you can see, shared by three of our employees.
